Winter/Ski Specials November 15 thru April 15
$1,500/weekend (2 nights) + $100 cleaning fee (all-inclusive firewood, plowing, etc.)
$1,800 for 3 Nites + $100 cleaning fee (all-inclusive firewood, plowing, etc.)
$2,400/week + $100 cleaning fee (all-inclusive firewood, plowing, etc.)
Martin Luther King Weekend = $2,400 (4 days, 3 nites)
February School Vacation Mid-Week = $2,400 (5 days, 4 nites)
Monday, Feb 15 thru Friday Feb 19
February School Vacation Weekend = $2,400 (4 days, 3 nites)
Friday, Feb 19 thru Mon Feb 22 (Dates can be flexible to meet your needs)
Spring/Summer/Fall (April 16 - November 14)

$4,500/month + Utilities
Labor Day Weekend $1,500 (4 days/3 nights)
Fall Foliage
$1,200/weekend

Veterans Day Weekend $1,500 (4 days/3 nights)
Thanksgiving in Vermont $2,400/week (Fully stocked kitchen!!)
$24,000/season + Utilities (all-inclusive firewood, plowing, etc.)
All rentals require a $500 Security Deposit, 9% VT Lodging Tax, plus a $100 cleaning fee.
